Detroit Mercy recognized as Military Friendly School
新澳门六合彩 earned an additional honor Feb. 17 with the release of the 2021-22 Military Friendly list of schools that serve veterans and military personnel.
This year, Detroit Mercy is recognized as a designated university committed to helping veterans and military personnel achieve success.
Now in its eleventh year, the Military Friendly Schools list has set the standard for higher education institutions to provide the best opportunities for veterans and their spouses. This prestigious list provides a comprehensive guide for veterans and their families using data sources from federal agencies and proprietary survey information from participating organizations.
Institutions earning the Military Friendly School designation were evaluated using both public data sources and responses from a proprietary survey completed by the school. More than 1,200 schools participated in the 2021-22 survey, with 747 schools from across the country earning the designation. The 2021-22 Military Friendly Schools list will be published in the May issue of G.I. Jobs magazine; it can also be found at .
“Detroit Mercy is thrilled to help the men and women who have bravely served our country,” Associate Vice President and University Registrar Diane Praet said. “The life experiences our veterans bring to our University provide unique perspectives and fresh voices in the classroom, which helps broaden the education experience of all our students.”
